The 5th session of the Committee on Development and Intellectual Property (CDIP) at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), has reached some good achievements. One of the main results was structuring mechanisms of monitoring and coordinating the implementation of the Development Agenda (DA), essential topic in order to think about functional and practical implications of the activities underlined under CDIP.
Nonetheless, reaching consensus on the topic was not an easy task.
